For Sale art works at 50% less than real world
gallery prices. The
art here is wonderful and the customer service is superb. We found
just what we wanted and found more to want!! And were given great
help and advice from the studio. The variety of images and mediums
is super and I defy anyone not to find their most desired art
in JoeDaisy's studios.

Hinds
Head - Bray Tel: 01628 626151
The
food at the Hind's Head is absolutely fantastic - Michael
Winner said it was better than the Fat Duck - in one of his
reviews. It's different. The Fat Duck is experimental - Hind's
Head is good food you're familiar with and hope for in a pub
- but rarely find.. Prawns, mussels, steak and kidney pudding,
fish, etc. The three times cooked chips were expensive at
£4.50 but were absolutely gorgeous. All six of us had
something different and we were all enthusing over everything.
Staff could be a little friendlier - slightly arrogant and
had to be asked twice for a side salad (bit silly - a few
pieces of lettuce!) and second bottle of wine. Coffee came
before the desserts which may be the routine in high circles
but wasn't appreciated by us mere mortals. When it was pointed
out - a rather arrogant waiter stated he hadn't been told
to bring it after the desserts (er what?). The staff sort
of treated the diners as if it they were doing us a favour
by being there.
You
only have two hours to eat - booked for 7.0pm and were told
three or four times we had to be 'out' by 9.0pm. Can't wait
to go back though. Every table in the restaurant and bar area
was full; with an assortment of people (from posh to plebby(!)
Everyone was eating their fine food and enthusing. Double
FAB!
Berystede
Hotel - Sunningdale.
Excellent Sunday lunch buffet. Waitress was a bit 'over keen'
to remove diner's plates before everyone was finished (very
rude!) But the buffet is recommended - not quite so enthusiastic
over their 'regular' menu.
