COMPLAINTS

If you have a Genuine complaint about a British Company - you can send us an email and we will investigate. We need full details, including your name and address. Firstly we will try and resolve your complaint. (In the case of BCA - Book Club - we never receive a reply or get through on the telephone and just like all of the other complainants - never get any satisfaction.)

British Companies is not responsible for the validity of the consumer complaints but we only post complaints that are sent with the name and address of the sender and with proof of complaint. We also try and establish/resolve the complaint from both sides before posting a complaint.

This is how Scarlet Couriers treat 'FRAGILE' goods. Severely Damaging the item in the parcel. No mean feat as it is through five layers of bubble wrap, four of corrugated cardboard and another layer of thick cardboard.

Scarlet Couriers then state they will make a claim for the damage but do nothing and do not answer subsequent telephone calls or emails.

The item was even delivered a day late. With no apology. We can understand mishandling - despite the FRAGILE notice plastered all over the parcel but we can not understand unprofessional service.
